Providing executive leadership, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and executive management to the BLB&B wealth management family of entities including the federally Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), affilated Broker-Dealer (B-D), and real estate entity.  From 2016 to 2019 assets under management grew from $740 million to $1,442 million (+95%); the company was selected by the Financial Times as an FT Top 300 Investment Adviser in the United States in each of 2017, 2018, and 2019; the company migrated to highly scalable, broker-agnostic software (CRM, Portfolio Accounting, Trade Rebalancer, and Financial Planning); closed its 55-year old affiliated B-D to become a fee-only advisor, and repositioned itself to be a full service wealth manager.  Managed the construction of a new 19,000 sq. ft. client service office building highly engineered to support the business strategy.  Became a Serices 65 licensed Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) zealously focused on supporting entrepreneurs and heading the Entrepreneur Financial Management Group. Supported development and marketing of BLBB's Plan.Invest.Succeed.® wealth management process and managed successful trademark registration of same through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  During 2014 and 2015 advised as a consultant.

Managed family office overseeing investments in venture capital, real estate, public stocks, bonds and alternative investments on a part time basis.  Venture capital investments included control and non control positions; advisory board support; third party financing support; financial modeling support; overall operations advice; and development of exit strategies.  Developed concept and strategies for a new national business services company.  During 2000 and 2001 advised as a consultant.

In 1993 started as Assistant to the President performing special projects and was promoted to CFO in January 1994, and in September 1994 to the Board of Directors.  During the 6 years as CFO supervised the acquisition and integration of 58 companies; took the company public on the NYSE in 1997 raising $110 million for company and selling shareholders; raised $455 million in debt through three 10-year bond offerings with generous 6.5 x adjusted EBITDA covenants (first offering was the first public bond offering for the records management industry, the last offering at the time was at the lowest interest rate for a B3/B- credit, ever); negotiated a series of bank facilities up to $200 million; entered Canada, Europe, and South America; managed Human Resources and General Counsel departments; and finally negotiated and sold the company for an enterprise value of $1.222 Billion or 11.6 times trailing EBITDA.  Company revenues increased from $73 million to $342 million; warehouse space under management increased to 250 facilities in 75 major world markets comprising over 17 million square feet; staff increased to 3,500 employees worldwide; and EBITDA margins increased from 21.8% to 30.7%.

 (1991 – 1993) - Supervised business segment financial and strategic planning, forecasting financial performance and senior management briefings; served as program office’s first Total Quality Management Project Manager; while fulfilling Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities.  Program annual revenues increased from $75 million to $300 million.

Senior Financial Analyst, Rocketdyne Division
 (1989 – 1991) - Managed all award fee activities for the electrical power system program for NASA’s Space Station Freedom; analyzed cost and schedule performance; & recognized with Rocketdyne Leadership Award from Division President.

Corporate Internal Auditor (1987 – 1989) – Planned, managed, and reported on operational (75%) and financial (25%) audits of Rockwell’s
Southern California aerospace operations.
